Apartments an suites of the family hotel are placed in two neighbouring buildings (in villa and garden house). Both buildings are surrounded by a large garden. The family hotel is situated near the Dyje river in a picturesque part of Vranov nad Dyjí (Znojmo discrict), right on the edge of the National Park Podyjí.
